No! Most manufacturers have at least 3 or 4 different thicknesses as well as some use regrind or fillers in their products. Another issue is called gray back, where the color is not consistent. At Best Investments, we use products of quality and thickness and our manufacturers use virgin vinyl. We even have some products that have a 10 year "no mildew" warranty.
